My role
UX designer Visual designer
Tools :
Adobe XD, Photoshop, Pen and paper
Methods :
Research, User survey and interview, Empathy map, User persona, User journey map,
User flow, Low-fidelity wireframes, High-fidelity wireframes, High-fidelity design and prototype.

Research
I started out with some brainstorming to explore the concept according to the requirements. I started the project with internet research, browsing through many different furniture selling websites. After research, it was clear that people wanted to buy furniture and find information for the same. These users also noted the importance of having a quick, convenient way to find furniture online so that they can save time travelling store to store.
Who are the users ?
I divided my research in two parts :
Pain points and Solution
I want to make it easier and trustful for people to buy furniture online. The problem is that people still buy from shops, rather than saving their time shopping online.
So why don't people buy furniture online ?
Steps to buy furniture from a website :

Solution
To embrace more people in online furniture shopping can be achieved with goals:
User Survey and Interview
I wanted to begin by understading the overall process of furniture buying and what are some of the pain points associated with it. To gather information about it, I interviewed people who have adopted for qualitative and quantitative feedback. Some of the answers were what I expected, but there were some that changed the way I viewed how people looks towards this scenario.

Qualitative research
once the product is returned.
Quantitative research
Empathy Map
The research data from the interviews are analyzed to indentify similarities, patterns, and preference. I created the empathy map that helped me categorize the user's feelings, pain pints, and motivations.

User Persona
Mainy I focused on 3 types of users :

User Journey Map
In order to know users behavious better, I created a User Journey Diagram. Focusing on user's emotion is crucial while designing for them.

Information Architecture
I created Information Architecture to show the website flows that could come up for a user on that website. It helps to visualize how the information would be organized and displayed in a way that is easily searchable and understood by the users to help them achieve their goals. The User Flow demonstrates step-by-step actions taken by each user to accomplish their end goals while using the website.
